彼らの正月は、毎年太陰暦に寄って日にちが決められる。
今年は１２月７日から始まった。
男女が向かい合って並び、鞠（ボール）を投げあう。
これはモン族のお見合いでもある。
モン族の人々は、今もまだ男女が席をともにすることが少ない。
かつては生涯の伴侶をここで見つけたという。
まさか、こんな子もお見合い？
そんなことはあるはずもなく、儀式はほとんど形骸化しつつある。
強い日射しに日傘は欠かせない。
でも、雨傘兼用なのは致し方あるまい。
それでも最近は、ジーパン姿や男とバイクにまたがって街を駈ける姿も。
そんな時勢に伝統衣装もカラフルなものが増えているようだった。

There are Hilltribe living on the mountain in Lao.
There named Hmong.
They has original language and culture from ancient time.
But young people to changing...
Maybe We can not see these clothes and culture on 50 years later.

返信削除The same problem arises here in Bangladesh too. We have some 57 tribal groups losing there culture, language and style of clothing...it obviously not a good news for their upcoming generations.
